Development Plan Wish Lists

I'm currently writing a three-year development plan for cross-curricular ICT. My basic plan is to bring everything up to the Becta-desired standard from the 'Functional Specification'.

 

At the moment, I'm struggling to think of items to put into my plan - other than the obvious IWB/projector installs and the blanket coverage of wireless. I also intend to develop dedicated suites for multimedia production (I'm leaning towards Macs for this).

 

So what to people suggest? Should I look at things like classroom voting systems, video conferencing, etc? Should I be striving to combine the admin and curriculum networks?

 

No flame wars please - just suggestions with an argument for.
