Any way to look up Volume Licensing Key

I have recently begun helping revamp a school computer lab for a local private school. They currently have 17 computers running OEM XP pro licenses. I wanted to setup some image deployment (either MDT or Fog) and for that I would need Volume Licensing. Well, I found some Windows Vista Business Volume License Install CD's in the lab which makes me think they purchased the keys...but the people who would know anything about that are gone and I can't contact them.

Is there any way to find the keys? I don't even know who the reseller was that they were purchased through.

Microsoft should be able to help you on this - they will be able to trace the licence by the address details then probably will want the school office to send them a fax on headed paper telling them you are authorised on behalf of the school then will set you up access to the key and current software.
