I've just had an email bounce back with the error below

550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.

 

the email is [email protected] this address has been checked and is correct does anyone have any ideas?

if that's *actually* the address and not just a dummy then their server definitely isn't accepting it..

 

RSET

250 reset

MAIL FROM:

250 sender ok

RCPT TO:

550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.

 

Otherwise their server is up and responding.

 

However if thats just a dummy 'name' in the above you might wanna check from an external source that the server accepts to the address: Interactive DNS MX-verify CGI running at VGER.KERNEL.ORG

no that's not the actual address I've removed his name its the right domain
