What's wrong with CS3 and what's Adobe doing?

Some of you may already have seen this or even experienced similar problems

I'm still wondering why SMT bought us a site license for this (£5k wasted) when only 50 / 500 machines can run it (we are a thin client site and adobe restricts install on server os). We already have a license for 30 machines. muppets.

my friend purchased one from adobe store he ahs this problem adobe say they can't do anything at the moment.
