Hi All, Is there a way to add pupil assessment details into SIMS assessment manager for a new pupil that has recently joined the school??

 

Secondly is there a way to rectify the following:- "Attendance doesn't seem to be working correctly. The class teachers have filled in their attendance and it has gone onto the wrong day or filled it all in with N's."

For each marksheet in assessment manager where you need to add assessment details, you can do a formatted export. Fill in the columns of data and import.

It's helpful if you have a template that contains all aspects across a year group. It's the easiest way to add data, especially historic.

The other option is to type it in manually.

Some core, like KeyStage test data, i thought would come in if you import a CTF and it's in there.

 

Some have reported attendance pulling up the wrong day, the best thing to do is check the day. Once you're tried to save a register it will fill all with Ns for any unmarked rows. It's best to undo. Or you can overwrite when it becomes the correct day.

 

The easiest way to correct old days is to go in to Edit Lesson Marks, from Focus | Lesson Monitor menu route
