Migrating mail boxes to a different domain

In my organisation we have 2 domains.

 

Domain A has Exchange 2010 on 2008R2

 

Domain B has Small Business Server 2003 hosting exchange and mail boxes

 

Both domains are accessible and are connected via an MPLS network.

 

I want to migrate everything from domain B to domain A, there is only about 30 mailboxes.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

User exmerge to export the mailboxes to PST file. - Exporting PST Files Using ExMerge on Exchange 2003 | Rackspace Email and Exchange Support Site

 

Then use Powershell to import them to 2010. - How to Import PST Files into Mailboxes with Exchange 2010 SP1

 

This will only migrate data not the user accounts themselves.

I assume you mean 2 forests as you couldn't have both in the same forest. I would simply do the above and create your user/mbs beforehand.
