Cotton wool “Soft or Scratchy�

One of my co-workers voiced his that he thought that cotton wool was scratchy comments please. :oops:

I find for skin it's soft....but yea, maybe they got steel and cotton confused? I've done it before!

 

Maybe they have stupidly sensitive skin.....
