SMART Notebook 11 Ink Layer Issues

Hi All,

Were currently having issues with our smartboard software. Whenever a teacher starts to write on the board, the text or images starts to flicker and after a few seconds, it disappears. I have updated the software and also removed and re-installed it but the issue still persists. Has anyone come across this issue before?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you running Windows 8 on the PC ? Becasue I have seen Smart 11 do some very strange things.

All our computers are running XP SP3.

Is this all users on all computers and all computers or just one user, or one pc or one Smartboard. If you can narrow it down, then we can help more.

Its all users on a single machine.

Right. Simple swap out first, maybe with a laptop. This will identify if its a PC or IWB problem. I have only heard of this happening when the lamination of the board is giving up, or that power cables are run behind the board. Obviously the camera boards aren't so susceptible.
