Accidently deleted raid configuration

So i been given an proliant server to play around with and learn from. It had windows 2003 pre installed and i went into the HP Array Configuration Utility and accidently deleted the raid configuration. What's the best root to get it back up and running as the raid had the os on the raid and would like to recover it. I think it was raid one had 3 drives mirrored. Now when i boot it's not finding a boot disk.
