Has anyone seen Copy? It's a new online storage solution from Barracuda Networks. It's much the same as Dropbox, but offers 15GBs free to start with. They push the fact that storage isn't shared, it's individual. Their ToS, privacy and DMCA policies look pretty standard for the area. They have iOS and Android apps as well as a windows app - although I've had to raise a support question with them about windows proxy support.

Worth noting that Barracuda Networks does NOT appear on the list of signatories to the US-EU Safe Harbor Framework, so use of their services to store personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 is probably not legally compliant with the terms of the act.

Thanks for that @AngryTechnician. I was meaning to check the safe harbour status. I wasn't proposing (at this point) use for school data, only individual but I'm glad you saved me a job.

No problem, I just wanted to get in there quick with that information. It seems like every time we have a thread about Google Apps/DropBox/Office 365/etc. we get a discussion on DPA compliance, complete with out-of-date or plain wrong information given out by an LEA's legal team, so wanted to nip it in the bud early.
