[sims] InTouch issue....again

I don't think i've ever updated Sims without it breaking InTouch.

 

Ran the InTouch upgrades. Getting this error:

 

callbackservice.svc is too busy.

 

Any clues? I've stopped and started it in the IIS window but to no avail.

 

Any ideas?

lets explain that better. When i click the icon to use InTouch i get:

 

"(callback service: Invalid response - missing version)"

 

 

When i go into InTouch Service Setup, the results are all fine apart from two:

 

 

"Callback service: The HTTP service located at http://10.8.2.145:1112/callbackservice.svc is too busy."

 

"SMS Server: https://smg.e-paycapita.com/CapitaSMSGateway/MobileTerminated.svc/MobileTerminated "

This issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues then we would recommend that you restart your OpenVPN service which should resolve the issue.
