Folder Redirection Failed to create folder

We have appdata redirected here and we have an issue with some folders being deleted in appdata and then fail to recreate it with the following error:

 

Failed to apply policy and redirect folder "RoamingAppData" to "\\SERVER\AppData\USERNAME\Application Data".

Redirection options=0x80009001.

The following error occurred: "Can not create folder "\\SERVER\AppData\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP"".

Error details: "This file is currently not available for use on this computer.

".

 

This is not the first time this has happend and the last time I just created a folder called STARTUP. Folder redirection started working again but I dont know why the system decided to delete it and now cant recreate it.

 

Any ideas?
