MS Office + Konica Minolta MC 7450II = print oddities

Hi fellow geeks,

 

We've got an odd issue here - on a frequent-but-not-constant basis, when someone prints to the Konica Minolta MagiColor 7450IIs that we have in DT from an MS Office program various elements simply will not print. Text boxes and images are the most common offenders.

 

We have two of the things, and it happens on both. We have the latest drivers installed on the server, and are at a loss as to how to proceed with diagnosis due to the inconsistency of the issue.

 

Anyone seen anything like this before or can offer some insight?
