Fortinet Authentication Issues

Is anybody else having authentication issues with the Fortinet 100D or similar and Active Directory? Installed 7 months ago and we are no further forward not being able to browse one of the most popular sites on the Internet (YouTube). It appears the agent running on the DC is at fault but as we get little feedback from Talk-Straight its hard to tell.

Yup, same here. We have been having problems since October and they still continue. Sometimes students get staff level access (which is very worrying from a Safeguarding point of view) and sometimes the opposite (staff member with student level access). Staff and students get asked to authenticate and open new windows etc... also, should be fully transparent and it obviously isn't.
