[sims] Fault Code when running a report

Morning All, We have a school which is receiving fault code 8445-2206-4000 When trying to run a report, happens on all PC's. Has any one come across this before. Regards

The best thing to do with a fault code is to use the Search for Solution button. Most of the time if it's a newish problem you'll get no solutions, nonetheless i hope they track these codes on their side.

 

Sometimes you'll hit jackpot and it's a simple solution and it will link you to a KB.

 

It's more use if you supply the error message here, nobody knows the fault codes and there can be many different ones for the same types of issues.

Also, click more detail and supply that, as it has more of an indication than the sometimes random error messages.

 

I did try and look it up on supportnet, but for the third time this week i can't log in.
