Deputy Head of ICT - £57,111 - £61,209 + Local Government Pension Scheme

Oasis is currently seeking to recruit a Deputy Head of IT to fill a newly created, full-time position within the ICT Team conveniently based in Waterloo, Central London.

 

This person will work as part of a well-developed and growing national IT team providing ICT support across the UK to Oasis Community Learning's portfolio of Academies, tenants and customers. Working closely with the Head of ICT, this senior management role will oversee all aspects of the ICT service delivery and project management with the ultimate aim of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

The post holder will have previous experience managing a distributed and culturally diverse team, as well as a good understanding, knowledge and experience of:

 

• the Education and/or Charity sector
  
• delivering multi-million capital IT programs
  
• technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN’s
  

 

This role requires strong leadership so it is vital that the successful candidate have relevant qualifications for this level of role and thrive on building and developing relationships with internal customers and external stakeholders and suppliers. An ITIL/Prince2 qualification is essential for this post.
