v9 setup

I know I must be doing something incredibly stupid, but this is what the setup screen looks like after i have installed v9 as a new application.

load the web.config and remove these lines I think its around line 117 from memory

Go to /style/basestyle.css and see what the error message is IIS is reporting

Hmm, try going to that page on the server's browser instead. It should be giving you a detailed error message
