passwords lost after restoring backup image onto ipads

we have an apple configurator image setup as a master image for ipads where we have set some settings.

 

We find that if we add mail account settings into that image and then restore, the password gets stripped off.

 

This is also case for pass code

 

Does any one know how to get5 round this.

 

We want to set mail, icloud up so when we image this does have to be added al the time.
