netgear prosecure

Has anyone used a netgear prosecure? In my hunt for a new firewall a friend who is a sysadmin of a business uses these. They dont filter the internet so cannot comment. I was wondering if the filtering was up to anything, having a look at the specs it does seem to offer page inspection rules and security policies based on A.D. SSO. At first glance it looks very similar to Fortigate in terms of options. Are they rebadged fortigates?

 

Any takers so far? Prices on a UTM-50 look good (too good TBH).
