Technet slow?

Has anyone else found that Technet downloads are really slow these days? Trying to download a 3.4Gb ISO, and it's telling me around 7 hours, despite getting a consistent minimum of 30Mb/s internet speed at my desk

It seems to vary depending on which host you get when it starts off. I sometimes find stopping the download, clearing the cache and reloading the page before redownloading gets a faster time.

 

...of course sometimes it makes no difference at all....
