We use EES Licensing. Are we licensed to use Active Directory RMS with this please?

The CAL for RMS is not included with an standard CAL EES subscription.

 

The CAL appears to be available as an additional product to be licences under EES.

The CAL is included if your desktop licenses have the enterprise CAL suite. If you have the standard CAL suite it's not included.
