Change the HAP booking system drop down lists

Hi,

 

I am looking into changing some of the options slightly when using the booking system, in particular the drop down list when choosing the year you want. Is it possible to change what appears in the drop down lists? I cant seem to find where this information is. Currently i have options from year 7 through to A-Level. Unfortunately my knowledge is not enough to work it out.

 

Any help would be great.

Go to the HAP+ Settings and change it in there, it's a per resource thing

Go to the HAP+ homepage

 

Click on the Management Tab

 

Click on the HAP+ Config tile

 

Click on the Booking System Tab

 

Edit a resource

 

In the Years to allow bookings:, enter a comma separate list of years to show in the drop down
