Hi,

I'm getting this error on one windows 7 computer when running reports to excel. Normally users just click enable, but this isn't there because the certificate is revoked?

I think I remember seeing a certificate update 'patch' in WSUS, so maybe this is the cause.

Anyone else seen this?

Odd. My reports to Excel work fine, with a prompt. i'm on 7.150

What macro security have you got?

I use disable with prompt. If you set the digital signed one, then maybe it causes that error..?

Sorry, No further, I called our SIMS support team and they knew nothing about it. I think its a windows update for root certificates that voids a certificate SIMS uses, but I'm not sure which one.

I'm hoping the Spring Release will fix it.

We've had this today with a new(ish) member of staff. I've solved it by overwriting her version of the excel sheets in My Documents\TempSimsRpt with my versions.

I guess there must be a problem with the new templates which SIMS is copying over for new staff - which may mean the new update doesnt fix existing problems!

@Brucy - i'd make a backup of those file somewhere safe then. Be interested to compare them and see what's different. The excel templates are accessible, but the Word ones are password protected.
