office 365 slow & buggy on my workstation

I've been trialing Office 365 for a few days now and have verified domain ownership. I've come to notice that the response from the website is laggy? it takes 2-3 seconds from me pressing something to something happening. So it can take 10 seconds for a new powerpoint doc and editior to open. I understand alot is happening in the background it just it almost feels like it frozen or broken. I've got the patience to wait but I worry kids won't.

 

is this a similar experience for other users?

 

We have a 1:1 10 mbit connection here and I'm the only one using it, all other websites are blazingly fast.

 

EDIT: powerpoint webapp won't load anymore (I've deleted my webhistory, ideas?)

What browser and what kind of internet link?

[fixed] Bloody Protected mode, I turned it off and it's great now.

Out of interest how is it when you run no addons mode?
