Printer Trouble

Having trouble with a new printer HP LaserJet Pro Colour 200 M251n.

 

 

Have installed the driver from the website and it detects the printer (USB Cable) goes through install fine. However if the printer is turned off and on again it re installs as a USB Mass Storage Device in Device Manager. have to uninstall and then scan for new Hardware changes for it to be recognized as a printer again.

 

 

Was thinking maybe an issue with Chipset driver so updated the Laptop however issue is still there.

Tried another Laptop different model and same thing.
