dconine Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 if our secretary creates appointments in her calendar, which is shared, they don't appear on other computers. however if she goes back and looks at her computer they are showing as entered. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks, dconine
FN-GM Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Ok what version of Exchange including Service Pack and CU update please?
dconine Posted April 2, 2013 Author Posted April 2, 2013 We are using Exchange 2008. What do you mean by CU update? The computers in question are all Windows 7. Thank you very much for responding to my question.
dconine Posted April 2, 2013 Author Posted April 2, 2013 I know that all the Service Packs for Exchange are up-to-date at the moment.
FN-GM Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 There is no exchange 2008. Do you mean 2007? CU means cumulative update. If you follow this an get the build number it will help - How to determine the version number, the build number, and the service pack level of Exchange Server Thanks
dconine Posted April 2, 2013 Author Posted April 2, 2013 Is there a 2010 version? I can't verify anything till tomorrow. Do you have any educated guesses as to what the issue is? We just barely ran all updates to Exchange because of another issue. There is no exchange 2008. Do you mean 2007? CU means cumulative update. If you follow this an get the build number it will help - How to determine the version number, the build number, and the service pack level of Exchange Server Thanks
