outlook calendar 2010 only showing appointments on one computer

if our secretary creates appointments in her calendar, which is shared, they don't appear on other computers. however if she goes back and looks at her computer they are showing as entered. Can someone help me fix this?

We are using Exchange 2008. What do you mean by CU update? The computers in question are all Windows 7.

I know that all the Service Packs for Exchange are up-to-date at the moment.

Is there a 2010 version? I can't verify anything till tomorrow. Do you have any educated guesses as to what the issue is? We just barely ran all updates to Exchange because of another issue.
