Hello guys, been following this forum for a while and fixed many of my problems using some users solutions and fixes but haven't signed up until now.

 

I have been requested to add a new user (new secretary) to a distribution group on our mail server, which I have done and that has worked perfectly, the issue I'm having is when I go to:

 

Outlook on the users machine > contacts > shared contacts. I then search for the contact list and try to add it which then becomes unsuccessful with the error message "Cannot display the folder. The server mailbox cannot be opened because this address".

 

I have Googled around this issue and made sure its pointing the address book at the global contact list.

 

Has anyone else experienced something similar?
