Hi All,

 

A bit of help please...

 

I am using Profile Manager on OSX 10.8 server.

 

I am stuggling to make the iOS devices appear in the device list of profile manager. I have installed the trust certifcate and enrolled from device with no errors.

 

Any ideas?!

Have you enrolled Profile Manager in APN Service?

I have not no. Does this need to be done. If so are there any settings pitfalls I need to look out for?

If you just make sure you have setup an enrollment profile under the web profile manager you will be fine. Then just access the server with your server name/mydevices

You have to have some serious ports open for PM to even work properly.

Without setting up APN you can not push any settings to the devices, the following link will take through it...
