[sims] [Sims] Attendance for a particular term through "design reports"

Hi All

 

Not a sims pro but have been trying to help the office. The HT wants a report that shows the children from this term with 100% attendance. I thought this would be easy but cant find a way to select a date from and then to.

 

To add to this we are trying not include anyone with late/ authorised and unauthorised absences. I have successfully created a report that will show the last bit but cant figure how to get it not to include any dates before this term?

 

Any Ideas?

I have done this, you use the lesson monitor report pupil analysis by attendance code report, copy results into excel, then a simple formula to add up the values in /\ column B and V and one other that I cant remember.

Filter this number for 100 and filter column L for 0.

I am not sure if this is explained very well, if it is not let me know and I will put a guide together.

Set your date range to the required term date range

Set value to Exactly 100 and Group Type - Whole school

That would only give you the 100% attendance Greg and not the lateness bit in the second part of the post. Ecalpemos2000's solution works well and is pretty easy (must be, even I could follow it!) If you don't have lesson monitor, it works just as well using the same reports in Attendance.

I'm sure i've done something like this programatically before. There is a mark date option on attendance / lesson marks, so you can filter for marks with mark date between x and y. To get 100% attendance, i think the easiest thing to do was look for a mark type of absence and then pick out those students who got zero, or manually do a 'code is one of ...' filter, putting in any you wouldn't want to show.
