Scheduling Logon Times

I am looking for a way to schedule logon times... meaning during week 1 I want to allow people to logon from 8-9 and during week 2 only logon from 2-3.

 

Besides changing the logon hours manually, there has to be a way to script this or setup some tool that I place the calendar into that will do it for me.

 

So... how do you do.... it
