[sims] Capita's Hardware Requirements Guide - Removed?

Just gone onto SupportNet to get a copy of Capita's (outdated) minimum system requirements guide to find it's no longer a sticky item! I can't seem to locate it by search either! Any ideas where it's gone? Is this a sign that it's being updated?!

 

If anyone knows the Document ID, please let me know.
