Hotmail down?

I can't seem to access Hotmail.com or Outlook.com. Getting 'Not available' messages from Microsoft when I try and logon. Anyone else getting this?

I don't know about Hotmail, but Microsoft were having a problem last night. I couldn't download Security Essentials, took me to the page and the link, but it couldn't find the MSI to download, on a new build too.

I couldn't get Bing to load a short while ago either. They shouldn't have dumped TMG, looks like they need it.
