We've got a few of these in a simlar design (AMD E-350 CPUs) - nice compact PCs that run 100% silent with a SSD inside them.

 

Initialy built by Foxconn though so drivers can be a pain!

They are experts at this kind of thing so we encourage our customers to let us do the hard work of sourcing drivers and getting them working even for unusual configurations.
