Found this to be rather interesting. As a user at home I have no idea what it is like for productivity (still on XP in the office) but can relate to a number of problems that he has. I struggled to find the control panel, I only found out how to make a recovery disk after Googling for it and I had no idea you could click the change settings text on the quick settings screen. The only reason I continue to use Windows 8 is because A) It was forced on me by Microsoft (in a rather suspicious manner, I still feel cheated out of a CD Key) and B) I know tricks to get around problems that your average user would struggle with and even then they are obscure and mostly found on Google.

I've also been wondering where the Charms Bar got it's name from. It gets in the way more then anything.
