The blockbusters stores haven't been saved. The stores that Morrisons have brought are the closed/closing stores and they will turn into Morrison 'M' Local Stores

Yeah, I read this as the stores are still closing, but Morrisions have bought the physical locations to turn them into local/express type stores

Exactly. Morrisons are going to be creating their own brand of "Tesco Local" stores using these bought Blockbuster stores.
