FROG and domain change

Hi

 

We have recently changed our e-mail domain. To allow for this in FROG I have changed the domain in it too. However this only seems to have changed some of the user accounts while the rest remain on the old domain. Does anyone know how to bulk change the e-mail details?

I think you have to go into the users section of the toolkit and select the fields you want on a csv in the search box - put a tick next to username, whatever unique reference you use and e-mail address. Export the csv, edit the e-mail addresses and re-import it, as though you were adding new users. This will edit any existing users. We use it to correct network homedrive location.

I second the above, thats what I would do and that is also how I adjust network drive location
