HAP iis6

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help, I can't access home access plus on any other workstation apart from the server. I also get a WCF error every time I try to add network drives in and I also can't access the without typing http://Https://easylink/hap.

 

Any help would be great or even some better instruction for 2003 server running cc4.
