File not found

I have HAP+ v8 installed and working on the local network, the users My Documents load and show fine. But when i try and access from our external domain I get File Not Found errors and no folders will load. It is using HTTPS and goes through a TMG firewall to get to the web server. I am wondering if there is something not setup correctly on TMG but I am no expert with it. Any help would be great! I have stressed staff wanting access to files next week as its school holidays but I cannot get it working!

I don't directly support using TMG with HAP+ for auth as it can cause issues like this

So there is nothing I can do then?

It's beinng worked on my Paul at the moment, should have some news for the next release. v9 will be .net 4.5 based, which allows for multiple authentication methods
