IE7 / webmail saving attachments problem

I think this boils down to an IE7 policy but i cant put my finger on it...

Teachers go into web mail, open an email with an attachment and they cant save or open the attachment, they do get a security warning at the top of the screen, afraid i cant remember the wording, they click it and choose an option of "open, save, cancel" but both save and open will pop up an error

any ideas? ill try and find the error and edit this asap

If this is still an issue jus a few questions about the fault. Is this Outlook web access because if so you will need to change the OWA security settings using the OWA web manager (separate download from MS).

If it is just standard web mail you may need to add the webmail domain to the trusted sites list. You should be able to do this in Group Policy.
