CAM Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I'm getting some graphical glitches with T6 under Windows 7. For some reason, the scroll bars on a timetable go a very short distance and only go as far as Tuesday Week 1. In order to see other days, the window has to be stretched many times the width of my display! This is happening on multiple computers running at 1920x1080 including one with dual monitors and one with single. I tried to disable visual themes with no luck and NT6 just falls over if I try Compatibility Mode for XP SP3. This is an image example: Whilst editing this image for clarity I think the object for the timetable grid is larger then the window. An extra set of scrollbars are visible that scroll the contents of the grid (inner bars) whilst the outer scrollbars appear to scroll the grid object itself and hiding the inner bars. This will occur with and without Aero turned on.
vikpaw Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Seen similar multiple scroll bars in other screens e.g. assessment, especially when you open a marksheet from within the template edit screen. Don't get this on Nova though. have you checked the windows appearance setting? control panel | appearance | display, that can play havoc with screen layout. I found loads of users have it set to make text easier to read : 125% magnify, and this means they miss a lot of info!
CAM Posted November 27, 2013 Author Posted November 27, 2013 It's on 100% size, one of the first things I fixed because text clipping drove me nuts!
Viktor_ Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Did you manage to sort this? we're having the exact same problem
CAM Posted April 15, 2015 Author Posted April 15, 2015 Nope. No idea why it does it or how to sort it.
