However, its a ridiculous question as the list of technologies that NASA research has given us is huge. Their research has moved battery technologies along by decades, making electric cars commercially viable in cities. They've created technologies for monitoring air quality, that are now used world-wide in cities to ensure people aren't being poisoned, solar panels are another of theirs, heat and fire resistant materials, earthquake prediction systems, the list is huge. Agreed. However I have been asked this question many times. I am more than a little fed up with having the answers I give tossed aside as irrelevant.

 

I will now point anyone who asks in the direction the webpage you have indicated above. As to the links not working that is more than a little frustrating as I was looking at several of the PFDs last night.
