Hey All,

 

Our new hire has unfortunatley been poached by the Oxford University Saudi Business School, lured away with benefis such as better pay, better pension, free gym, free central oxford parking permit (gold dust!), MCSE paid for ... I don't blame him. However, it does mean we are looking for a new technician. We are waiting on approval for a pay review so that the next person we hire sticks around!

ICT TECHNICIAN

 

Salary Grade 5 £15,153 to £16,217

 

Cheney School is an ambitious, forward-thinking community secondary school with Language College Status. As a high performing specialist school we require our ICT provision to meet the high aspirations of our students, staff and parents. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic ICT Technician who works well in a demanding but stimulating environment. We will consider applicants educated to BTEC National and above or someone with relevant experience. This is a full-time post with 24 days annual leave.

 

You will be a member of our ICT Team (Network Manager, Deputy, Helpdesk/Admin, 2 x ICT Technicians) involved in the general support and maintenance of all ICT systems.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills with a sound knowledge of desktops and laptops. You will also have good organisational skills and the ability to be flexible.
