Missing toolbar in People tab Outlook OWA, can't add contacts

Has anyone else lost the toolbar at the top of the People tab in Outlook on the web? It has removed the blue button to add new contacts.

 

The toolbar still shows in the email and calendar tabs.

 

Any possible resolutions? For now we have had to tell to use desktop application instead.

Seems to have been a widespread issue.

Now fixed.
