365 OWA Crashing when opening emails

I have some users having emails crashing using 365 OWA, its only a few users/accounts and sometimes it clears for a while.

 

Has anyone else had the same problem?

 

It's not all emails just a few, some times it stops for a while then comes back.

 

Windows 10 using Chrome and Edge. OS and Browsers have been updated.

 

Given the users a new computer profile to make sure this is not corrupt.

 

Tested with the AV off

 

emails are being delivered without any errors.

 

They will open using, Outlook 2016 or iPads, Mobiles.

 

Asked MS to reset the accounts and they have looked and cant find any problems.

 

I am now stuck with what else I can try.
