Does anybody knows on how to setup eportal to be viewed and accessible on the internet.

It was working before however when our eportal needs to upgrade according to my boss he said he just click upgrade. From then on everything wont accessible even in local. His friend help him and got back in business but only local access. Now he told me to make it accessible through the internet, but i dont have any idea. Please help.
