I've created 1000 batch files in ma c drive with dos command "netsh interface ip delete arpcache"... I' m executing this batch files at a same time. now same time I'm monitoring my arp cache by "arp -a" command it's showing NO ARP ENTRIES FOUND.. . HERE I'm havin wireshark opened which shows arp strom at ma nic-----

If ma arp table is continuously flushing then how I'm I able to ping an ip add in ma LAN at time in which arp table showing NO ARP ENTRIES FOUND..
