We use SchoolCloud. Feeds from MIS. Once set up, very little interference needed. We're licenced for Parent Evening video apppointments. Simples. The Help section on the sight provides lots of info for staff and parents etc.

 

I'm impressed.

 

We are a MAT and use SchoolCloud and Edulink's parents evening system, both video based systems and both use the same backend video system (Twilio), SchoolCloud does it's thing and does it well enough, but for not a huge amount more you get a whole parental engagement system, including attendance, behaviour, forms, teacher registers, reports all Synced from SIMS

Cannot recommend school cloud enough.

We using Collaborize Classroom

SchoolCloud is truly awesome. The sync to your MIS is done manually but is relatively quick and very seamless. The UI itself is modern and user-friendly so parents and staff find it a breeze to navigate. I've set up several parents evenings in literally minutes using the clone function; have never had an issue with it. EduLink sounds like a more comprehensive solution and can't stop hearing good things about it. Have not used it myself however. Edited May 30, 2022 by syan

We are now using School Cloud and it works just fine . The only real issue we have had is parents forgetting their students use a contraction for their first name e.g. Millie for Millicent. Very much a level 8 issue .
