Windows Server 2012 has a built-in tool for migrating VMs between clusters that, by all accounts, works very well. But it has its foibles when it comes to moving Highly Available VMs (and honestly, why run a cluster if you're not going to run HAVMs?) and is a bit of a faff if you're moving to entirely new equipment, storage and all. If you run Securus on your network, you'll occasionally need to update your client to resolve some daft issue. Whilst the client comes as an MSI - very helpful - it's a pain to do anything with because of the way Securus runs.
The MSI's have different product codes, so running the new MSI doesn't upgrade or overwrite the old install, it just installs alongside, and the old version seems to take precedence. Depending on how your original install was pushed out, you may not be able to send out

You may find this one useful to send out if you run Webmail on Exchange 2007 - when people end up with IE10 at home through Windows Updates, it breaks the display of Webmail unless you force compatibility mode. It's only a single click, but as with the engineer who charges £100 for a single tap of a hammer, it's all in knowing where to click.

This one was new to me when a teacher pointed it out, and is actually fantastically useful - particularly if you're trying to train your users in how to report an issue (good luck, if so).
ICT Tip 045 - Snipping Tool.doc is an easy way of screencapping areas of a screen. It is actually quicker than Print Screen -> Open Irfanview -> Paste -> Crop -> Copy -> Paste, so may well be useful to you as well as your end users.
