Win £500 from Bromcom – Share Your Story of Innovation in Education

We’re launching a competition to spotlight how schools and trusts are using technology to improve outcomes, streamline operations, and empower their communities.

Submit a short case study showing how you’ve used innovation to make a real difference. Whether you’re a Bromcom customer or not, we’d love to hear your story.

There are four award categories, each with a £500 prize for the best entry. The first category is open to everyone, the rest are for Bromcom customers:

• AI in education – How AI is helping you work smarter, save time, or unlock new insights in your school or trust. (OPEN TO ALL)
• Timetabling & Options – Share how you’ve used Bromcom's Cloud wTimeTable and the Options module to streamline planning and empower student choice. (BROMCOM CUSTOMERS)
• Financial savings – Demonstrate how you’ve reduced costs, removed bolt-ons, or boosted efficiency using Bromcom’s all-in-one solution. (BROMCOM CUSTOMERS)
• Wildcard category (free choice) – A success story from any other part of Bromcom – whether that’s safeguarding, AI, attendance, parental engagement or Vision. (BROMCOM CUSTOMERS)

What to submit:
A written case study or video detailing your challenge, solution, and results. Screenshots or supporting visuals are optional but welcome.

Who can enter:
Any school or trust. Entries are welcome from all roles – IT leads, data managers, business managers, school leaders, or teachers. We’ll feature winning entries in our community and marketing channels (with your permission), so others can learn from your success
