Dell Windows OS Install Support Pack

Before i go potty and Dells awful website, anybody know where the "Dell Windows OS Install Support pack" is on it? Search is not bringing up yet Dells own software tells me its on support.dell.com.........

Trying to install Windows from the Dell Systems Build Utility on a Dell T410, and it wants this disc next.

I usually can find what I need by entering the Dell Service Tag into the Dell website. Have you tried this? [Sorry if you have it just seems like something to suggest as you haven't said that you have tried it]
